HARRISBURG, N.C. (Aug. 18, 2025) - Team KHI drivers Landen Lewis and Keelan Harvick may have raced on opposite sides of the country on Saturday night - in CARS Tour and CARS Tour West, respectively - but the results were identical, with both young racers claiming hard-fought victories.

The pair doubled down on wins, beginning with Lewis and his No. 29 MMI LMSC entry in front of a capacity crowd at Anderson Motor Speedway (Williamston, S.C.). Starting fifth on the grid, Lewis was competitive all night, muscling the lead away from Jared Fryer after a thrilling door-to-door scrum with 13 laps to go. Lewis held point and cruised to his third victory of the 2025 CARS Tour season. It marked a self-described redemption race for Lewis, who has battled adversity through much of the summer stretch.

“[Big thanks to] MMI, Kevin and DeLana for giving me this opportunity,” Lewis said from Victory Lane. “Last week, I'm sure [Kevin] wasn't pumped about it. We never like wrecking race cars and that wasn't how we wanted to do it. This week, we come out, race clean, and pulled off a win.

“I thought we raced really, really clean [with Fryer],” he added. “We kept throwing back-and-forth crossovers on each other. I'd get the run, he'd run the top and pass me, and it just kept going back and forth. Honestly, that was probably the most fun Late Model Stock race I've ever raced in my life.”

Keelan Harvick traveled to Colorado National Speedway (Dacono, Colo.) -- making his first start at the 3/8-mile short track -- as part of the CARS Tour West scene for another round of the Harvick Showdown. Driving a special Hunt Brothers Pizza / Realtree paint scheme in a car fielded by Rackley WAR, Harvick qualified second for the event and spent the bulk of the night running near the front. In the waning laps, a pair of late-race cautions set the stage for a dramatic showdown between father and son. Keelan seized the moment, going toe-to-toe with his father before muscling past to capture his second CARS Tour West victory of the season.

The elder Harvick, who took the pole and led numerous laps, came home in the runner-up spot.

“He got me on that last restart there,” Kevin Harvick said. “For whatever reason my car fired off a little bit tighter than what it had been. He held my door pretty tight. I could hear the exhaust out of my car. I figured he was getting a little aggressive right there. It was a great race. I can’t thank the fans enough for coming out. We’ll be back next year.”

Both Lewis and Harvick will be back in CARS Tour action at Florence Motor Speedway (Timmonsville, S.C.) on Friday, Aug. 29, in Late Model and Pro Late Model, respectively.
